The oxygen-containing ternary ring structure of epoxy soybean oil has great tension, which can be polymerized with amino group,hydroxyl group, anhydride and group containing unsaturated bond containing active hydrogen atom, and the polymer with different properties can be prepared by ring-opening grafting between epoxy bonds. It is a very promising raw material for polymer industry.
Mainly used for plasticizers used as polyvinyl chloride plastics.
